How can I find the price of wundou products?

We’re sorry, we don’t show prices in our website. Please inquire us for a price list from the web inquiry form.
Please tell me about payments.

Currently, wundou only accept American USD, Singaporean SGD and Japanese JPY. We ask that all payments be through international bank transfers only. We don’t accept payment through Paypal or credit card.
Please tell me about shipping costs.

Wundou covers all shipping costs and we accept orders from 1 piece of item. We only deliver to addresses written in our agreement.
Do you give out free samples?

Yes, you are able to receive up to 3 pieces of free samples. You don’t have to be registered to receive free samples. Please take this chance to try on our products.
Is you product Made in Japan?

Except from a few products, currently, wundou products are mostly produced in China. But, please be assured, our products have cleared most of the strict Japanese quality standard inspections. Our high quality products have been praised over the years by many of our costumers in Japan and overseas.
Do you do direct sales to end-users?

At the moment, wundou only deals Business to Business. If demand increase, we will review our sales strategy.
Do you do printings and other embroidery works?
Answer.
Printing and other embroidery services are currently only available in Japan. Unfortunately we currently don’t offer those services to overseas markets.
Do you accept product customizations?

Sorry, unfortunately we don’t normally accept customizations. However there are some exceptions. Please feel free to contact us through our inquiry form.
How long does it take for a delivery?

wundou mostly sends parcels overseas from Osaka-Japan by International EMS(Express Mail Service). It depends on the quantity ordered, we might use other couriers. Please refer to the Japan Post EMS List of delivery days.
Will we get discounts if we buy in large quatities?

Prices are fixed on the agreed terms and agreement. There are currently no discounts for bulk orders.
Is wundou well-known in Japan?

wundou products are used in schools and sports clubs around Japan. As wundou mostly deals BtoB, we don’t normally sell to shops and end-users so we aren’t well-known to the public. But, Japanese schools demand high, durable clothing in which they’ve enjoyed ever since.
Do we have to stock up on supplies?
Answer.
All shipping fee is free even for a single item. There is no worry about requiring to stock up, however, if there is a high demand there might be times when you will need to stock up. Its all up to you.
